Ni-MSME organizes training programme for Scientists & Technologists

Hyderabad, June 27 (KNN) National Institute for MSME (NI-MSME) under the Ministry of Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises, had organized a four day training programme on ‘Entrepreneurship Development & Management for Scientists &Technologists in Government Sector’. The programme aims to sensitize these experts towards entrepreneurship.

Scientists and Technologists from various R&D Institutions and Labs located all parts of India participated in this training programme.

During inaugural address, Dr. G.U.K. Rao, Faculty Member and Director I/c of School of Enterprise Development (SED) deliberated on the importance of latest branding and marketing technologies in marketing the products by various MSMEs.

He also informed about various opportunities in the MSME Sector.

The programme aims to help convert innovative business ideas into reality and to have more and more high tech and high end projects, for which there is a need to orient scientists of research laboratories and other R&D institutions to entrepreneurship. (KNN Bureau)
