Hyderabad, May 15 (KNN) National Institute for Micro Small and Medium Enterprises (ni-msme), the pioneer institute in the field of MSME is organizing a program on ‘Total Quality Management (TQM) for MSMEs to provide effective solution to quality related issues faced by MSMEs.

Three day program will start from June 10 here, and will end on June 12, 2019.

TQM is a combination of quality and management tools aimed at increasing business and reducing losses due to wasteful practices.

It integrates all organizational functions including but not limited to marketing, finance, design, engineering and production, customer service majoring on meeting customer requirements and organizational objectives.

Under this program, participants will get the understanding of TQM tools, TQM techniques and TQM concepts apart from TQM Implementation in MSME sector.

Enterprises, MSMEs, Academic institutions & Universities, MSME Development Institutes, Consultancy Organizations, Incubators, Quality professionals, Industry Associations, Business development cells, Entrepreneurship Cells, Engineers, Management consultants, PSUs, Marketing Agencies and others engaged in technical endeavors can participate in this program.
