New Delhi, May 3 (KNN) Online filing and tracking of quality complaints or trade disputes relating to international trade is now available to Indian entity also, said Directorate General of Foreign Trade (DGFT).

Earlier, the module covered filing and tracking of complaints only by the foreign entities against Indian entities.

Now, DGFT has launched an upgraded online filing for tracking Quality Complaints / Trade Disputes relating to International Trade, both for Indian and foreign entities.

In a notification, DGFT said “The online module for online filing and tracking of quality complaints or trade disputes relating to international trade has been upgraded and now the Indian entities can also file/track complaints against foreign entities.”
