NSIC-Technical Services Centre organizes Job Fair

New Delhi, Sept 29 (KNN) On the occasion of celebration of Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav, Alka Nangia Arora, CMD, NSIC and Joint Secretary, Ministry of MSME inaugurated the Job Fair at NSIC-Technical Services Centre (NTSC), New Delhi.

“It is heartening that course conducted by NTSC are market driven and are very well taken by industry”, she said while inaugurating the Job Fair.

The NTSC courses include Mechanical workshops, Information Technology, CAD/CAM & CNC, Multimedia & Animation and Electrical & Electronics among others. The curriculum of each training programme is designed to give maximum practical exposure. More than 70,000 trainees are trained by the Centre and successfully placed in companies like Munjal Showa, Motherson Sumi, Mitsubishi Electric Co., HCL Infosys Ltd., Timex, Siemens, Maxop Engineering, New Allenberry Works, and many more, through campus placement.

The Centre also facilitates industries by providing Common Facility Services for Material Testing & Specialized Job work on Machines.

This Job Fair is focusing on providing skilled manpower to the industry who are in need of skilled manpower as also opportunities to candidates passing out from different courses being conducted in the Centre. The job mela is organized after the pandemic hit to MSMEs last year.

Also present during the occasion were P. Udayakumar, Director (P&M) and Shri Gaurang Dixit, Director (Finance), NSIC.
