Finance Minister Announces Major Youth Package in Budget

New Delhi, Jul 23 (KNN) Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman revealed a significant initiative for youth in her 2024 Union Budget speech.

The package focuses on employment, skill development, and opportunities for India's young population and middle class.

Sitharaman announced a set of five schemes aimed at facilitating employment and skilling for 4.1 crore youth over a five-year period. The government has allocated a central outlay of Rs 2 lakh crore for this initiative.
