National Safety Council Opens Entries For Safety Awards 2026 Till June 30

New Delhi, Apr 24 (KNN) The National Safety Council (NSC) has invited applications for the ‘National Safety Council of India (NSCI) Safety Awards–2026’, recognising excellence in Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) across manufacturing, construction, micro, small and medium enterprise (MSME), and service sectors.

Applications are open until June 30, 2026. A new category for Women in Safety was also introduced on March 8, 2026.

The awards honour organisations for outstanding performance in workplace safety, reduction in injuries, and adoption of best OSH practices. They provide national recognition, enhance organisational credibility, and boost employee morale.

The evaluation covers safety systems, procedures, and overall performance, encouraging continuous improvement.

The NSC, set up in 1966 by the Ministry of Labour and Employment, is an autonomous, non-profit body promoting safety, health, and environmental practices to reduce workplace risks and economic losses.

Details and application forms are available on the official NSC website.
