Noida Authority Opens Allotment Of 35 Plots Across Key Sectors

New Delhi, May 18 (KNN) The Noida Authority has launched a new plot allotment scheme offering 35 plots across industrial, institutional, commercial and hotel categories, with applications opening from May 19, 2026.

The application window would remain open till  June 11, 2026. 

Applicants can submit the Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) by June 9, while allotments will be carried out through both e-auction and interview-based selection, depending on the category.

Plots for Manufacturing units, Hospitals, Schools

Under the industrial category, the authority is offering 19 plots ranging from 115 square metres to 8,000 square metres in sectors 3, 6, 7, 9, 10, 64, 80, 162 and Phase-II for manufacturing and processing units. The price of these plots ranges between Rs 65 lakh and Rs 18 crore, according to officials.

For institutional use, the authority has earmarked plots for schools, hospitals, nursing homes and corporate offices, which will be allotted through an interview process rather than e-auction. 

Two school plots have been offered, including an 18,954 square metre plot in Sector 19, Noida priced at Rs 143 crore and a 5,230 square metre plot in Sector 42, Noida priced at Rs 21 crore. 

For hospitals, the authority has listed a 10,680 square metre plot in Sector 117, Noida priced at Rs 70 crore and a 10,224 square metre plot in Sector 145, Noida priced at Rs 89 crore. 

Additionally, two plots have been reserved for nursing homes, while two corporate office plots measuring 1,950 square metres each have been offered in Sector 153, Noida at Rs 18.6 crore each.

High-Value Commercial Plots Open For Builders 

In the commercial category, the authority has offered several large plots for builder projects. 

These include a 29,408 square metre plot in Sector 18, Noida priced at Rs 758 crore, which is the highest-priced plot under the scheme, a 23,454 square metre plot in Sector 96, Noida priced at Rs 401 crore, and a 37,058 square metre plot in Sector 93-B, Noida priced at Rs 547 crore. 

Smaller commercial plots include a 10,031 square metre plot in Sector 94, Noida priced at Rs 186 crore and a 2,536 square metre plot in Sector 18, Noida priced at Rs 99 crore.

The authority has also earmarked three plots for hotels in Sector 71, Noida, Sector 124, Noida and Sector 142, Noida, with prices ranging between Rs 148 crore and Rs 245 crore.

Noida authority chief executive officer Krishna Karunesh said the scheme is designed to attract fresh investments and strengthen Noida’s position as a growing hub for industry, commerce, healthcare, education and hospitality.
