Kanpur, Mar 8 (KNN) Federation of Indian Export Organizations (FIEO), DGFT-Kanpur and Department of MSME & Export Promotion are jointly organizing Outreach Program on Export, Trade Remedies and Growth in Product Quality Improvement on March 14, 2019 for exporters here.

The session will address various concerns/doubts/issues relating to Foreign Trade Policy (FTP), Product Quality Improvement, various promotional schemes of Government of Uttar Pradesh & Government of India, Access to finance, Compliance issues & Regulatory framework, Policy inconsistency and instability.

Expert speakers on the subject will deliver the detailed presentation, whereas guest speakers from Quality Council of India-Delhi officers from DGFT, FIEO Department of MSME & Export Promotion, Customs, Branch Manager-ECGC, Expert from Leather Industry, will also be present during the seminar for interaction with the participants.

State of Uttar Pradesh particularly Kanpur region being popular in leather and leather goods, footwear, saddlery, engineering goods, chemicals, plastics, textiles etc. play an important role in India’s exports and employment generation.  (KNN/YV)
