PM Modi launches Digital India Week - Who said what

New Delhi, July 1 (KNN) Prime Minister Narendra Modi today launched the Digital India Week,  pet scheme of the Indian government, with the view to empower themselves  through the Digital India Programme of his Government.
The Digital Indian project focuses on 3 objectives - Infrastructure as a utility to every citizen, governance and services on demand and digital empowerment of citizens. A number of digital services have also been launched, inlcuding Digital Locker, e-hospital, digitise India platform, Swacch Bharat app, Digital India app.
 
Ravi Shankar Prasad: A program to transform India into a digitally empowered society & knowledge economy. The Digital India initiative is incomplete without Make In India. Come 'Make in India' for India and export outside.
 
Dr. Harsh Vardhan: PM Narendra Modiji launches another great project--Digital India Initiative-- today to unite India with broadband connectivity & egovernance.

Our network includes 100 thousand kms of fibre in India.We are aiming to invest $7 bn in next five years of which will invest $2 bn in areas relating to Digital India.We will provide services like Weather forecasting service and mandi prices to people and launch mobile wallet and payment bank.
