Calcutta, Nov 21 (KNN) Federation of Small & Medium Industries, West Bengal (FOSMI) and Quality Council of India (QCI) will jointly organise the 10th Regional Quality Conclave on the theme “Quality & Manufacturing Excellence for Sustainable Growth” on November 29, 2019 at the Park Street here.

The objective of the conclave is to highlight the importance of best practices of quality and manufacturing as critical change agents for sustainable growth. Quality and Manufacturing being two cardinal areas in a manufacturing industry developing a culture of continuous improvements in both these functions is fundamental to increased customer satisfaction and potential business growth.

Organisations embracing a culture of quality, by building on TQM through committed employees, by establishing excellence in manufacturing activities through improvements on products, process or services can grow and get a competitive edge over others.

The Conclave aims to showcase implementation of innovative technologies & TQM / QMS through the knowledge and vision of the experts to enable you understand the challenges and expectations of the organisations in achieving a sustainable growth.

Nearly 200 plus participants with varied work portfolio from different segments of industries within West Bengal is expected to participate in the conclave.

The eminent speakers from industries and academia will participate in the programme. The content design of the conclave has been chosen based on the industry requirement and your acquired knowledge from the conclave will immensely help to your business.
