RBI initiates pilot survey to assess the business sentiments in Services and Infrastructure Sector

Mumbai, Oct 29 (KNN) Considering the increasing importance of infrastructure sector, the Reserve Bank of India has initiated the pilot survey to assess the business sentiments in Services and Infrastructure Sector.
 
The services and infrastructure sector plays a pivotal role in the economic development, said RBI.
 
The Reserve Bank of India has now launched the 7th pilot round of the Services and Infrastructure Outlook Survey, seeking assessment of the business situation for the current quarter (October-December 2015 i.e. Q3:2015-16) from the services and infrastructure companies in India and their perceptions for the ensuing quarter (January-March 2016 i.e. Q4:2015-16).
 
“Services and Infrastructure Sector companies are encouraged to participate in the survey by downloading the survey schedule from the Reserve Bank’s website,” said RBI notification.
 
The duly authenticated filled-in survey schedule may be e-mailed or faxed as per contact details given in the survey schedule. The responses of the individual companies will be kept strictly confidential, it added. (KNN Bureau)
