Sitharaman launches Twitter Sewa of redressal of queries/grievances/suggestions (Watch Video)

New Delhi, Apr 21 (KNN) Minister of State (Independent Charge), for Commerce & Industry Nirmala Sitharaman, today launched the Twitter Sewa for redressal of queries/grievances/suggestions etc.

‘Twitter Sewa’ is expected to work as a source of direct point of contact for entrepreneurs seeking funding, support or government assistance of any kind.

Initially, the queries sent on ‘Twitter Sewa’ will be monitored by top officials of the Ministry of Commerce. The officers will connect entrepreneurs to various stakeholders such as venture capitalists, incubation centres, and will look after issues with government clearances.
