Bharat Tex 2026 to Bring Global Textile Industry Together in New Delhi from July 14-17
New Delhi, Jul 2 (KNN) Bharat Tex 2026, India's largest global textile exhibition, will be held at Bharat Mandapam in New Delhi from July 14 to 17, bringing together stakeholders from across the textile value chain to promote trade, investment and international business partnerships.
Organised by the Bharat Tex Trade Federation, a consortium of Textile Export Promotion Councils and industry bodies with the support of the Ministry of Textiles, the event will feature more than 1,600 exhibitors showcasing products across fibre, yarn, fabrics, apparel, home textiles, technical textiles and related industries.
According to the organisers, the third edition is expected to attract over 7,000 buyers, around 1.3 lakh trade visitors and display more than 20,000 textile products across 1.6 million square feet of exhibition space.
The event will host more than 100 knowledge sessions, including panel discussions, roundtables and masterclasses, focusing on themes such as trade and investment, technology, sustainability, fashion, policy and innovation. More than 350 speakers from over 20 countries are expected to participate.
Bharat Tex 2026 will also facilitate around 3,500 business-to-business (B2B) meetings, over 100 business-to-government (B2G) meetings and the signing of more than 20 memoranda of understanding (MoUs) covering trade, investment, technology and sustainability.
Eight states will participate as sponsor states, while nine other states and Union Territories will showcase their textile ecosystems, manufacturing capabilities and investment opportunities.
International exhibitors from 14 countries and delegations from several countries are also expected to participate.
The event will feature dedicated investor sessions for states, the CITI Textile Sustainability Awards 2026, and digital tools including the Bharat Tex mobile application and a pre-fair directory to facilitate exhibitor discovery and business matchmaking.
