Training programme of trainers on methods and intervention

Noida, Nov 14 (KNN) The National Institute for Entrepreneurship and Small Business Development (NIESBUD) will be organising a training of trainers (TOT) program with focus on methods and interventions from December 1 to 4 at its Noida Campus.

The programme is will be conducted within the framework of experiential learning and participatory learning action.

The course content will include the topics such as Theories of Adult Learning; Pedagogy Vs Andragogy; David Kolbe’s Experiential Learning Cycle; Competency Model; Training Need Analysis (TNA); Training Designing Techniques; Session Planning; Instructional Designing; Participatory Training Methods; Developmental Interventions in a Group Setting and Evaluation of Training Function through diversified Models.

The entire training will conduct through participatory methodologies to ensure the spirit of participatory leaning action.

Trainees participating in the programme will discover their own resource and overcome ‘Resource Myopia’. It will help in conversion of the trainees from subject specialists into a friendly facilitator. The trainees in the long run will be instrumental in facilitating their target audience to emerge as resourceful and competent individuals.

The programme will also help them successful in enabling their target group in overcoming resource-myopia, in diagnosing their intrinsic potency, in acquisition of external inputs through experiential learning and in unleashing their embedded resource through seamless manifestation. (KNN Bureau)
