TRIGO to conduct training program for Indian MSMEs in aerospace industry

New Delhi, Dec 29 (KNN) Quality Management firm TRIGO in a recent collaboration with industry body CII is to conduct an 18-month quality development program for Indian aerospace industry. The training program is to focus on different areas including uplifting the small and medium enterprises (SME’s) quality standards and boost new units to enter into aerospace industry.

Commenting over the recent development, Emmanuel Marquis, Executive Vice President of TRIGO Aerospace & Heavy Transportation Business Line in a press interview informed that with the collaboration in place, the Indian industries in aerospace sector are likely to improve and further flourish.

This program will guide new SMEs to participate in the fast growing aerospace industry, he added.

In the first leg of the program, a workshop was conducted recently to explain technicalities, structure and schedule of activities.

Participating companies will be placed in three different groups based on their current level of certification, a release from the company informed.

Also cluster development program will be conducted along the lines of preparation for  ISO/AS certifications. Dedicated modules over handling quality issues through innovative action plans and awareness regarding special processes relevant are to feature in the training program.
