Urban Vault Eyes Rs 50 Crore Revenue From Fit-Out & Facility Management Business In FY27
New Delhi, May 15 (KNN) Managed workspace provider Urban Vault has projected revenue of approximately Rs 50 crore from its office design, fit-out, and facility management business in the financial year 2026–27, citing rising demand from large enterprises for end-to-end office solutions.
Shifting Corporate Preference Drives Demand
A growing number of corporates and multinational companies are choosing to outsource office design, interior fit-outs, furnishing, and day-to-day facility management, rather than committing large capital expenditure upfront.
Under this model, enterprises engage specialist providers to build and operate ready-to-move-in offices, aiming to cut execution timelines and reduce operational complexity.
Large Mumbai Contract Demonstrates Execution Capability
Urban Vault recently completed the design and furnishing of an approximately 1.5 lakh sq. ft. office for a leading IT services company in Mumbai, delivering the fully operational workspace within 90 days. Alongside the fit-out, the company has secured a five-year facility management mandate with the same client.
The contract yields an upfront revenue of around Rs 25 crore for fit-out and furnishing, with recurring annual revenue of approximately Rs 15 crore over the contract period — taking the total deal value to nearly Rs 100 crore.
Management View
Commenting on the development, Amal Mishra, Co-founder and CEO, Urban Vault, said, “We are seeing strong interest from enterprises that want fully managed office solutions without the burden of investing time and capital in office construction and ongoing maintenance.”
“Our ability to design, deliver, and manage large offices within a short timeframe gives clients a faster and more efficient route to occupancy. We believe this business segment will become a significant growth driver for Urban Vault over the coming years,” Mishra added.
Company Overview
Traditionally focused on managed and flexible workspaces, Urban Vault has broadened its offerings to cover workplace strategy, design, fit-outs, furnishing, and facility management under an integrated model.
The company currently manages over 2.80 million sq. ft. across 70,000-plus seats at more than 80 locations in Bengaluru, Pune, Gurugram, and other major cities. It expects a turnover of over Rs 200 crore in FY2025–26, with year-on-year growth exceeding 70 per cent and a profit after tax margin of 18 per cent.
