Windsor launches 45-125 mm extruder for the first time in India

New Delhi, Jan 16 (KNN) Fuelled by the huge demand for polyolefin pipes in the extrusion machinery division, Windsor Machines Ltd has launched Speed 45 – Single Screw Extruder for the first time in India. This extruder offers 330 pipes per hour output.
With this launch, the company has added another feather in the cap. Speaking about the SPEED Series, Deputy Chief Operating Office, Windsor Machines Ltd, Nitin Chowdhary said, “We are extremely happy to announce the launch of the fourth generation energy efficient extruders for first time in India. The European Proven Technology used in Seed 45 ensures excellent linearity of specific output. This will certainly make us unique from other companies in this segment.”
Further, the L/D ratio of 40:1 ensures excellent melt homogeneity. In order to reduce the transmission loss during the extrusion process, direct coupled design used in Speed 45 ensures minimum transmission loss. In addition, the wear resistance powder coating provides long screw life at high RPM.
Speed 45 is a new entrant to companies most trusted Speed Series of single screw extrusion. The Speed Series is comprised of 10 different models, which are classified based on their speed range. Also, this series is manufactured for screw diameters ranging from 45mm to 120 mm.
