Yes Bank Transformation Series announces winners of its innovation contest themed 'Promoting Cross Border E-Commerce for Indian MSME Sector'

New Delhi, Dec 28 (KNN) Yes Bank Transformation Series, which has been providing a launch pad for some of the brightest minds in the world to come up with path breaking ideas since 2010, came out with the list of winners of its 7th edition of the innovation challenge.

A team from IIM Bangalore called 'B Squad', emerged as the global winner of the Yes Bank Transformation Series Grand Finale 2018, while the first runner-up was a team from the Indian Institute of Foreign Trade (IIFT) and the second runner-up was 'Cryptonite' from Shailesh J. Mehta School of Management, IIT Bombay.

For the finale, Yes Bank partnered with Invest India, the National Investment Promotion and Facilitation-an agency of the Government of India to provide the top student teams the challenge statement: 'Promoting Cross Border E-Commerce for Indian MSME Sector'.

On the stated theme, top 15 teams from different institutes presented innovative solutions for Invest India on how to increase B2C exports from India; initiatives to promote India as a leader in MSME exports, and how Indian MSMEs can further leverage global opportunities.

The initiative received more than 30,000 registrations from over 16,000 student teams across the country.

Yes Bank Transformation Series is India’s largest case study competition. In the past 6 years, it has moved from a national level case study competition to a platform for crowd sourcing solutions from students of B-schools and Tech institutes for live challenges faced by businesses across the world.
