Hyderabad, June 3 (KNN) About 150 micro, small and medium enterprises (MSME) units will be set up at Green Industrial Park in Yadadri Bhuvanagiri district of Telangana.

It is one of the largest industrial parks in the state and the MSME units soon to be established will be manufacturing products related to defence, aerospace, general engineering and plastic.

The park is already accommodating 15 units producing various materials, vehicles and various products and is doing well.

Electric three-wheelers, food processing, paver blocks, pickles, plastic injunction modules, furniture and PVC pipes are being manufactured in these units.

It is estimated that Telangana is home to about 2.6 million MSMEs, out of which 56 per cent are in rural areas and 44 per cent in urban areas, as per official state data.  (KNN Bureau)
