Advance workshop on GST being held for MSMEs in Kolkata

Kolkata, June 6 (KNN) The Federation of Small and Medium Industries (FOSMI) is organizing an Advance Workshop on Goods & Services Tax (GST) for MSMEs in the city.

The workshop will be conducted at Moulali Yuba Kendra in the Swami Vivekananda Auditorium on June 12, 2017.

The workshop will be conducted by Nandini Ghosh, Senior Joint Commissioner, Directorate of Commercial Taxes, Government of West Bengal.

The topics to be covered during the workshop include - Submission of Return; Input Tax Credit; and Payment and other important topics.

GST will be implemented from July 1, 2017. Under the GST regime as many as 16 different taxes would be subsumed.
