An online grievance redressal facility for industries in UP

New Delhi, Dec 16 (KNN)  Industries in Uttar Pradesh can now avail of an online application system for grievance redressal, a transparent platform for entrepreneurs to submit their complaints for speedy resolution.

UP Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav inaugurated the web facility that is aimed at resolving issues related to industrial units, on Saturday. 

The UPIGRS (Uttar Pradesh Industrial Grievance Redressal System) which is accessible online round the clock was designed by Udyog Bandhu.

Entrepreneurs can submit issues related to their industry or enterprise by simply furnishing the particulars in the form provided on the web facility.  Such grievance will be instantly received in Udyog Bandhu for further action.

Significantly, it also provides a grievance monitoring mechanism across Uttar Pradesh.  Individuals can submit their complaints, track their complaints or send a reminder, as they will be provided a unique token number.  (KNN/ES)
