Andhra CM asks industry body to prepare strategies for boosting exports

Vijayawada, Jan 6 (KNN) To boost exports from the state and meet competition from China in Global Market, the Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chanderbabu Naidu called a meeting with the Industry body CII to prepare the strategies for the challenges.

Naidu said these strategies can be then discussed at the upcoming investment summit being organised by CII at Visakhapatnam.

According to a release, the Chief Minister made these remarks while reviewing arrangements with CII officials for the summit to be held from January 10 to 12,

He also called upon the CII members to come out with suggestions for the growth of manufacturing sector in the country, especially in Andhra Pradesh.

Naidu said the state government officials should use the summit as a platform to showcase Andhra Pradesh's potential in various sectors so as to attract more investment. (KNN Bureau)
