Andhra Industries Minister pitches Invest India Chief for investment support

Visakhapatnam, Dec 2 (KNN) To bring global industrial investments in Andhra Pranesh, the state’s Industries Minister Gudivada Amarnath has asked for support from Invest India CEO Deepak Bagla, reported TOI.

In past three years a few companies have already started, he said and a few others are ready for the commencement.

Along with the state government upper hand K Dharmasri, the Industries and IT minister Amarnath accompanied by Industries Commissioner and Director G Srijana met Invest India CEO Deepak Bagla on Thursday in New Delhi. 

Invest India would guide the industries showing interest in investing in India and inform the industrialists about the states which have favourable conditions for a particular industry. 

Pitching for his state, the industries minister informed Bagla about the favourable atmosphere and conditions for Green Energy, Food Processing, and other sectors in AP.

He emphasised on skilled manpower, availability of land with basic amenities, and Industries friendly policy. 

The minister urged to give priority to AP whenever investments from foreign countries come to India.  (KNN Bureau)
