Andhra Pradesh eyes Rs 10 lakh cr investments across 15 sectors including MSME Parks

Vijayawada, Dec 9 (KNN) The Andhra Pradesh government has plans to attract at least business investments worth Rs 10 lakh crore in sectors such as green hydrogen, green ammonia, solar and wind power generation, textiles, automotive, aerospace, defence and MSME Parks etc.

This has been strategized to achieve through the Andhra Pradesh Global Investment Summit 2023 which will be organised on March 3 and 4 in Visakhapatnam, reported New Indian Express.

In preparation of the Summit, the state government is considering to organise roadshows in several countries like UAE, Taiwan, Germany, South Korea, Japan, USA, Canada, Brazil and Chile.

Domestic roadshows will also be organised in Delhi, Mumbai, Ahmedabad, Hyderabad, Bengaluru and Chennai. 

Through this the state government intends to showcase the potential and ability of Andhra Pradesh in various sectors

The arrangements and decisions related to the summit will be monitored and undertaken by a working committee.

The government would also constitute a Group of Ministers (GoM) for evaluating the working progress of the committee which will oversee the arrangements and provide guidance for smooth conduct of the summit.  (KNN Bureau)
