AP women entrepreneurs to get industrial parks

Hyderabad, April 28 (KNN) An exclusive industrial park for women entrepreneurs will come up at Sultanpur, Patancheru near here.
The park will be developed by the Andhra Pradesh Industrial Infrastructure Corporation (APIIC), according to its Managing Director Jayesh Ranjan.
This information was given by Ranjan at a function of the FICCI Ladies Organisation (FLO) here.
He said a 50-acre plot was set aside for the purpose. The APIIC and FLO would team up in promoting entrepreneurship among women in this proposed park.
“Out of 29,400 industrial plots, developed by APIIC till date, only 1,380 were given to women. This is fair reflection of what is happening outside as well,’’ Ranjan said. (KNN Bureau)
