New Delhi, Dec 21 (KNN) With the state of Karnataka set to enter election season in 2018, the industrial sector comprising of the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are in the process of submitting the draft memorandum to the political parties.

The memorandum will be rolled out listing expectations of the industry from the different political parties, appealing them to consider it as a part of the election manifesto.

Industries play a significant role in economic development & employment generation of the nation in general and state in particular. Mysore Industries Association a representative body of Industries of Mysore, Mandya and Chamarajanagra Districts is in the Process of submitting its proposals to be incorporated in the election manifestos of all political parties, a release from Mysore Industries Association said.

The association has asked for inputs to be incorporated in this regard from industries of different sectors and also other stakeholders via email on the following mail address: mysurumia@gmail.com .

The legislative assembly election will be held in May of 2018 to elect members of the 224 constituencies in Karnataka. (KNN/ DA)
