Guwahati, Aug 18 (KNN) The Assam industries and commerce department is organising a Startup Fest in Guwahati from August 23-25, 2023.

With the aim to elevate the state's startup landscape, the Assam Startup Fest will and celebrate the evolution of the startup ecosystem and provide a platform for innovative minds to connect, collaborate and flourish, stated a government release.

Assam’s industries and commerce minister Bimal Borah said, “Our aim is to bring all the startups, scattered across the state under one platform and give industry linkage."

“The fest will serve as an opportunity for startups, potential investors, mentors and industry leaders to come together for meaningful connections. It will encourage startups to showcase their innovative products and services, opening doors to untapped markets and growth prospects," Borah added.

The event will be graced by Praveen Aggarwala, CEO, Better place India, Asia's leading employee engagement SaaS platform, TN Hari, mentor of three unicorn startups, Hari Balasubramanium and leading experts and corporate houses.  (KNN Bureau)
