BBIA holds food safety training program in Samba, J&K

Jammu, Dec 28 (KNN) Bari Brahmana Industries Association (BBIA) has organized a FOSTAC training program for industrial units involved in food business at Bari Brahmana in collaboration with Food Safety Wing of Drug & Food Control Organization, Samba here.

Ajay Langer, Vice President, BBIA welcomed the officials of the Food Safety Wing of Drug & Food Control Organization Samba along with the trainees from Green Food Consultancy to educate the food processing manufacturers in respect of FOSTAC training.

''Wherein trainees from green food consultancy a training partner of FSSAI, New Delhi imparted their skills & training. The objective is to provide safe & nutritious food to customers, to cater ethical and cultural values to the food and to focus on policy matters,'' said BBIA.

The program saw the participation of a large number of food processing manufactures & the concerned employees of their respective units attended the same.
