CeDNER, IIM Shillong unite to train women entrepreneurs in Northeast

Shillong, July 19 (KNN) The Centre for Development of North Eastern Region (CeDNER) in association with National Commission for women and IIM Shillong is starting a skill development program for women entrepreneurship in the Northeast.

CeDNER, through this collaboration aims to significantly improve the lives of women from the northeast region by providing aspiring female entrepreneurs with sufficient resources.

The training will help participants to equip themselves with the knowledge to follow an outcome-based learning paradigm. It will allow participants to gain knowledge about how to start, run and scale up the business.

A 60-hour ‘Real-time (Online) Certificate Program’ in general management will be provided. The classes during the training will begin on weekends from September 3 to October 16, and applications are being accepted from July 15 till August 12.

At the end of the course, students will be awarded a course certificate from IIM Shillong.  (KNN Bureau)
