CICU inks pact with varsity for skill development programs

Ludhiana, Aug 21 (KNN) Chamber of Industrial & Commercial Undertakings (CICU) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with C.T University to start skill development programs here.

Apart from this, it will also organize Rozgar Melas to provide placements to students of university and to have more industry academia interaction, to promote entrepreneurship amongst students.

''It will help students to get exposure about expectations and latest trends of industry,'' the industry body said on Friday.

Dr. Harsh Sadawarti -Vice Chancellor, C.T University said that it will prove like very beneficial for students of University.

S B Singh, Joint Secretary, CICU assured Harsh Sadawarti that all needed support will be arranged for industries to provide trainings to students by giving them live projects and also campus interaction will be arranged at university to assist students in getting placements.
