Closely monitor progress of MoUs signed in MSME sector: Guj CM to district collectors

Gandhinagar, Sept 23 (KNN) Gujarat Chief Minister Anandiben Patel conducted a high-level meeting with district collectors of the state through video conferencing to review the implementation and progress of the MoUs signed during Vibrant Gujarat Global Summit 2015.
 
During the meeting on Tuesday she guided the District Collectors to hold review meetings every two months to closely monitor the progress of MoUs signed in MSME sector so that the procedures related to approvals of land, environmental clearances and infrastructural facilities can be expedited.
 
She also guided them to hold one-to-one meetings in order to assist and guide the upcoming industries and setting up of new business.
 
Patel also guided officials to consult the banking sector to cover MSMEs with an investment upto Rs 10 lakh under PM MUDRA Yojana.
 
Over 22,000 investment intentions were signed in various sectors during Vibrant Gujarat Global Summit 2015 and closely reviewed its implementation and progress in various districts during the meeting. (KNN Bureau)
