CMIA to conduct training for trainers to boost Aurangabad MSMEs

Aurangabad, Jan 20 (KNN) Chamber of Marathwada Industries and Agriculture (CMIA) will conduct the Training Session ‘Train the Trainer’ for MSMEs in the city on January 20-21, 2017.

According to the chairman of CMIA, the association has taken the initiative to ‘train the trainers’ as it is very much in need for the development of the industrial sector.

“We are taking the initiative to train the trainers, we have department of training cells which is responsible for the conducting such sessions,” said Gurpreet Singh Bagga, Chairman, CMIA.

He also said that the two day workshop for Industry and Institute is being organized with an objective of conducting an effective content for creating session plan, content chunking, training vehicle and splendid classroom management tools.

“The course has lot of issues in order to cover every aspect for which the program has been scheduled for two days, as session will address issues like how to trouble shoot the problems,” said Singh.

According to him the sessions will be conducted while keeping industrial sector under concern.

“It is basically for the industrial sector, mostly the industries from Aurangabad are likely to participate in the session,” added Singh.

According to CMIA, the training session will be beneficial for MSMEs & Institutes as well participants from HR, technical & functional trainers, Instructors and aspiring trainers can also attend the session (KNN)
