New Delhi, Mar 3 (KNN) The Master Plan for Delhi 2041 will be notified this year and would focus on promoting night-time, sustainable and digital economy said Lieutenant Governor, Anil Baijal.

He said this virtually during the CII Delhi State Annual Session 2021-22 Business Conference with the theme of ‘Building Better Delhi: Vision 2047’.

The aim of this master plan to take Delhi to the much-deserved place on the high table of internationally acclaimed global capitals, said Baijal.

He further said that it will act as an enabling document for development of Delhi as a vibrant, sustainable and inclusive metropolis.

Major focus will be on environmental sustainability, quality, liveability, and economic and cultural vitality.

Moreover cultural activities, certain industries, logistics, among others will be supported to boost night-time  economy. (KNN Bureau)
