DIC Pulwama gives nod to capital investments of 7.18 crore for 12 MSMEs

New Delhi, Dec 26 (KNN) Aiming at assisting the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the state of Jammu and Kashmir, the District Industries Centre (DIC) in Pulwama recently approved 12 MSME cases that involved capital investments of up to 7.18 crores.

District Industries Centre in a press statement informed of the latest development.

DIC said that at a single window clearance committee meeting held recently, the panel has decided to approve the 12 pending cases involving capital investments of over 7.18 crores.

These MSMEs are to generate employment for more than 150 locals in the region.

This announcement comes as the second of its kinds in the recent times, when earlier last month, the meeting gave green single to over 37 similar cases. In November, DIC approved over 37 cases involving capital investment of over 96.10 crores having a potential of more than 700 seats for employment generation. (KNN/DA)
