Entrepreneurship training programme on project management

Gurgaon, May 12 (KNN) In an effort to help small entrepreneurs achieve their goals while dealing with constraints, the MSME-Technology Development Centre of Agra is organising training programme on project management.
The programme will be held on May 17, 18, 24 and 25, 2014 at Leelajay Technologies in Gurgaon.
The content of the training course will cover the topics like project management basics such as framework, integration, scope, time, cost, human resource, risk, quality, procurement, communications and professional responsibility.
The participants will learn to get their foot in the new area and evaluate the talents and skills of others. It will enable them to make more money and to extrapolate from their experience.
In end of training, many technical people who want to advance will earn the PMP certification in order to move into a position of greater responsibility.
The more ambitious challenge in project management is to optimize the allocation and integrate the inputs necessary to meet predefined objectives. (KNN/ST)
