Exhibition on innovation starts in national capital today

The exhibition will be open to the public till March-13 between 10 AM and 4 PM. Visitors to the Mughal Gardens can also visit the exhibition.
It will showcase 41 innovative technologies including seven from students. In addition, community knowledge based herbal products for human, veterinary and plant health will be exhibited in the “Mind to Market” pavilion.
In addition, there will be on-the-spot ‘idea’ contests for school students every day and prizes will be announced for outstanding ideas. It will also provide an opportunity to students, investors, entrepreneurs, designers, etc to join the movement of innovation and help in taking green grassroots innovations to the society.
The National Innovation Foundation-India has been organizing Innovation Exhibition in Rashtrapati Bhavan every year since 2010. This exhibition conveys the president’s commitment to support the cause of inclusive innovation. (KNN/ST)
