FOSMI to hold session on E-Way Bill mechanism under GST for MSMEs

New Delhi, Jan 18 (KNN) With the government set to roll out the E Way Bill system under the Goods and Services Tax (GST) from February 1, Federation of Small & Medium Industries, West Bengal (FOSMI) is to conduct an information session for micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) of the region.

Nandini Ghosh, Senior Joint Commissioner Commercial Taxes, HR, Directorate of Commercial Taxes, Government of West Bengal will be facilitating the session on E Way bill for the attending MSMEs.

The session is scheduled for 29 January 2018 in the FOSMI Conference room commencing from 3 PM.

The Federation has asked for a confirmation email from the interested MSMEs latest by 24 January 2018 (one participant from each unit).

E Way Bill is an electronically generated document required to be generated for the movement of goods of value more than Rs 50,000 between states. (KNN/ DA)
