FOSMI to raise concerns of MSMEs with tax officials, invites problems-concerns

New Delhi, Nov 2 (KNN) In an attempt to take forward the concerns of the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) of the region pertaining to the Goods and Services Tax (GST) , the Federation of Small & Medium Industries, West Bengal (FOSMI) will be forwarding the concerns to the tax officials.

FOSMI has invited the MSMEs to send in their concerns so that the federation can forward the same.

FOSMI in a release informed that the federation has been asked by the Additional Commissioner, Commercial Taxes & Public Relations Officers, Directorate of Commercial Taxes, Government of West Bengal to forward feedback on problems that the MSMEs are facing under the new taxation.

The Federation further notified the heads under which the queries and issues can be sent in.

Procedural issues being faced by assessees while complying with GST provisions

Problems and their probable reasons effecting overall business volume/ environment in the State of West Bengal, under GST regime, if any.

FOSMI has asked for the comments to be submitted before November 3 , 2:00 PM. (KNN/DA)
