Haryana CM inaugurates 113 public welfare projects worth Rs 791 crore
Gurugram, Jan 7 (KNN) Haryana Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar on Friday virtually inaugurated 113 public welfare projects worth over Rs 791 crore.
At the State Level Programme held at village Dhanwapur, Gurugram, the chief minister also laid down the foundation stone for 54 projects costing around Rs 1090 crore.
The inaugurated projects belong to Education, Health, Water, Power, Road Connectivity etc.
Addressing the inaugural ceremony, the Chief Minister said that it has always been his endeavour to empower the public representatives.
“The 34.5 percent of our budget is being spent on infrastructure in the form of capital expenditure,” said Khattar.
The state government has also launched the Gram Darshan and Nagar Darshan portals to speed up development works in villages and cities as well.
On these portals, citizen can raise their demands related to development works in their area. (KNN Bureau)
