Haryana's new industrial policy to attract investment in state: Dushyant Chautala

Chandigarh, July 29 (KNN) The state government is committed to bring out an industrial policy which would attract maximum industries to invest in the state by improving ease of doing business (EODB), said Haryana Deputy CM Dushyant Chautala.

Reportedly, on Tuesday, while discussing Haryana Enterprises Promotion Policy-2020 with senior officials of the industry department, Chautala said that the state government had already written letters to industrialist associations in the state seeking their suggestions.

Chautala who also holds the Industries and Commerce department portfolios further said that he would himself hold meetings with industrialists’ associations to know their feedback or ideas on how the government can facilitate them to ensure development of the state and generation of employment for the younger generation.

''After taking suggestions from stakeholders in the state, the Haryana government is going to finalise Haryana Enterprises Promotion Policy-2020 for ensuring holistic development of the industry in the State,'' he added.

He asserted that earlier policy was prepared in 2015 by the previous government and now the new policy will be made after taking inputs from all stakeholders.

''Haryana Enterprises Promotion Policy-2020'' would be announced next month after taking suggestions from the industrialists,'' he added.
