Panchkula, Jul 1 (KNN) Haryana State Industrial & Infrastructure Development corporation (HSIIDC) has extended One Time Settlement Schemes (OTSS) from June 30 to July 31, 2021.

''In view of prevalent conditions due to the second wave of COVID-19, it has been decided to extend the last date of aforesaid OTS Schemes from 30.06.2021 to 31.07.2021. All other terms & conditions of the OTSS shall remain unchanged,'' a circular from HSIIDC said on Wednesday.

The board in its meeting held on March 26, 2021 had approved OTSS related to clearance of dues towards plot cost, enhanced cost & maintenance charges and Extension fee in lump sum on or before June 30, 2021.

Operational circulars in this regard were issued on April 28, 2021.

All the Estate Managers of HSIIDC shall take note of the above and bring the same to the notice of all the concerned allottees, it added.
