HSIIDC invites application for industrial plots allotment at IMT Kharkhoda & IGC Saha

New Delhi, 27 Dec (KNN) The Haryana State Industrial & Infrastructure Development Corporation (HSIIDC) has opened its online application for allotment of Industrial Plots at IMT Kharkhoda & IGC Saha under the category of Mega Project.  

The opening date for submission of application was 21st December, 2021 and the closing date is 6th January, 2022.

It will involve fixed capital investments i.e. investment in land, building, machinery and misc. fixed assets of INR 200 crore and above for IMT Kharkhoda and INR 100 crore and above for IGC Saha.

The two plots at IMT Kharkhoda have fall in tentative size category of 2 acre and 4 acre while, the plot at IGC Saha falls in 2 acre.

HSIID has stated that 10 per cent rebate on lump sum payment of plot cost within 45 days of issuance of Regular letter of Allotment will take place.

It is to note that the allotment of plots for IMT Kharkhoda shall be without offer of possession.
