Kolkata, Oct 11 (KNN) Under its MSME YATRA pan India initiative, the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) will inaugurate a MSME helpdesk at its Eastern India Regional Council (EIRC) office in Kolkata on October 14, 2022.

In tune with celebrating 75 years of India’s Independence “Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsov”, ICAI has organised an MSME YATRA across India from August 18 to November 18, 2022.

It will cover 75 cities in 75 days to empower and assist MSME growth by supporting them in terms of capacity building.     

The Helpdesks will be open for MSME respondents manned by officials from SIDBI, NSIC, SBI, DIC, DFO to address the needs of MSME, operating from 10.30 am to 5 pm.   

EIRC of ICAI (Kolkata) will also host a programme called MSME Setu Activity between 10 am and 1.00 pm along with a Knowledge Sharing Session on access to various public resources, obtaining credit facility and thriving in a competitive market.   

Apart from Helpdesks, ICAI has opened MSME Udyam Registration at its website icai.org and has set up MSME Camps to facilitate one stop solution under a single window system to all the grievances raised by the MSMEs.  (KNN Bureau)
