Industrial plots on offer at Manesar

Chandigarh, Jun 23 (KNN)  Industrial plots are on offer at the Industrial Model Town (IMT) of Manesar near Gurgaon involving sizes of 1 - 5 acres.  The offer is open only to those entrepreneurs who have minimum investment of Rs 30 crore in fixed assets.

The IMT, Manesar has been promoted by the Haryana State Industrial and Infrastructure Development Corporation (HSIIDC). 
 
HSIIDC has called for “entrepreneurs interested in setting up industrial projects at IMT, Manesar under prestigious category, over a plot area of about one acre to 5 acres, with a minimum investment of Rs 30 crore in fixed assets,” in an official notification today.
 
IMT Manesar is an industrial estate developed across an area of 5393 acres (Phase 1 to V) on national highway number 8, about 32 kms from Indira Gandhi International Airport.
 
The industrial estate will have state of art infrastructure namely, all weather metalled roads, water supply system, water works, sewerage disposal system etc, with provision for group housing, residential plots and industrial housing, as well as provision of commercial and institutional sites.  (KNN/ES)
