Informatory session on SWAS to be held for MSMEs in Kolkata on June 14

New Delhi, June 12 (KNN) The Federation of Small and Medium Industries (FOSMI) along with Dr Mou Sen, Joint Director, Directorate of MSME, government of West Bengal is holding an informatory session on SWAS (Service With A Smile).

SWAS is a mobile App based help desk and query handling system which has been recently introduced by Govt. of West Bengal to provide businesses with a mobile app based track able and transparent mechanism.

This App helps the Entrepreneurs and prospective investors to get one place to send their queries and the queries are tracked and transparently resolved.

The session is scheduled for 14 June, 2018 commencing at 4:00 pm in the FOSMI conference Hall.

The Federation has invited the MSME members for participation in this useful session and has also requested to kindly confirm your participation by 5:00 pm on 12 June, 2018 as seats are very limited.
