Jharkhand mega handloom and textiles show starts today

MD Jharcraft, A T Mishra on Tuesday while briefing media personnel about the program at Suchana Bhavan said the aim of the event is to promote textiles, handloom and handicraft and provide a market to the local artisans in the state.
The four day fair will have over 120 stalls and exhibitors from Madhya Pradesh, Bihar, Karnataka, West Bengal, Haryana, Odisha, Maharashtra and Uttar Pradesh will be participating to showcase their potential of their states in the area of textile, handloom and handicraft. Around 20 artisans from Jharkhand is showcasing and promoting their products.
State industries director K Ravi Kumar said Jhartext is a comprehensive business to business (B2B) and business to consumer (B2C) conference trade fair cum conference on handloom, handicraft and textile. (KNN Bureau)
