Jharkhand MSME body welcomes union budget, says push to domestic production will strengthen MSMEs

New Delhi, Feb 1 (KNN) Overall the union budget is very well appreciated as the boost to domestic production will encourage micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) and employment, said Ajay Pacheriwala, Secretary at Jharkhand Small Industry Association (JSIA). 

Speaking with KNN India, he highlighted the importance of income tax revision for upto 2 years and allocation of Rs 1 lakh crore to states for creating infrastructure, and welcomed this move. 

As part of PM Gati-Shakti grand master plan, the finance minister Nirmala Sitharaman 

proposed allocation of 50-year interest-free loan of Rs 1 lakh crore to states in the financial year 2022-23.

From a overall perspective the union budget 2022 is a positive document with a long term vision, opined Pacheriwala.
