Jobs in MSME sector just a missed call away with mobile-based recruitment solutions

Hyderabad, Aug 23 (KNN) A city based placement and training firm, TMI will soon launch mobile-based recruitment solutions for the MSME sector in which the job-seekers can register their bio-data through a missed call.
TMI will be launching this facility in collaboration with mobile operator IDEA cellular and Hinduja Solutions, reports media.
After the job-seekers including graduates, engineers, ITI and diploma holders register their bio-data through a ‘missed call’, TMI will follow it up by using its data about openings within the MSME sector.
Further, the IDEA subscribers can give a missed call to TMI’s central office, which will prepare the job seekers’ profile free of cost.
Initially, the service will be launched in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh this month, followed by other States such as Tamil Nadu, Karnataka and Maharashtra, which are major MSME hubs, next year.
The revenue model is based on a membership fee and recruitment fee from the MSMEs, the media report added. (KNN/SD)
