Kaigarika Dasara opens in Mysore to showcase local industries

Mysore, Sept 26 (KNN) Various Mysore industrial association with the help of Karnataka government has started its first ever five-day Kaigarika Dasara for the first time in city at various locations.

This was informed by Mysore Chamber of Commerce and Industry (MCCI) President K.B. Lingaraju during a press meet at Pathrakartara Bhavan.

He thanked the State Government, District in-Charge Minister S.T. Somashekar and the District Administration for helping them to organise the event till September 30, 2022.

Industrial Seminar will be held at Vijnana Bhavan in Manasagangothri premises during the first two days.

It will include discussions on topics like Industrial marketing, export of products and financial assistance under various Government Schemes.

Women and SC/ST entrepreneurs will be addressed by the experts from concerned Government Departments and Banks Officials.

On the third day a Vendor Development programme and exhibition will take place at MCCI building in Hebbal Industrial Area. 

For the last two concluding days Industrial Tour has been organised for Industrialists and Technical students.

On September 29, they will be taken to 15 MSME Industries and on September 30, they will be taken to 15 large and medium scale industries.  (KNN Bureau)
