Karnataka industrial buyer-seller meet to benefit MSMEs

Mysuru, August 5 (KNN) The industrial buyer-seller meet cum vendor development programme to be held at JSS Polytechnic, Nanjangud on August 6 will benefit micro, medium and small enterprises (MSMEs) and large industries in the state. It will provide them a common platform for a live interaction to understand their requirements, and facilitate in establishing business linkages.

The objective is to facilitate and promote small scale industries in supplying and rendering services to public sector undertakings, including medium and large industries
The event is jointly organised by MSME Development Institute, Bangalore; District Industries Centre, Mysore; Nanjangud Industries Association; Mysore District Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises Association; and Mysore Industries Association.

The industrial programme will commemorate the former Chief Minister of Karnataka D Devaraj Urs birth centenary year who was instrumental in developing 6,500 Acres biggest industrial area in one belt at Mysore.

The buying organisation will be able to select the potential entrepreneurs to whom various components, assemblies, sub-assemblies can be outsourced.(KNN Bureau)
